I bought a pair of shoes for hiking and found out that they where very slippery on wet surfaces. Wrote an email to complain. Got an Immediate answer to return to the outlet where I bought them. The store was very helpful and passed a credit for the full value. Well done Guys...wished more Stores would be as obliging and helpful as you where. Great to do business with Cape Union Mart

The store is packed full with camping and other outdoor clothing and goods. Great service from store attendants and return policy on goods are great.

The Cape Union Mart has great equipment and clothing suitable for outdoor activities. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful to customers.
