Jeff Norton and Nick Lambrianos merged their respective Practices 16 years ago and incorporated Norton Lambrianos (S.A) Inc.

We train our staff in debt recovery processes, capacity building, telephone etiquette and important aspects relating to our clients’ brand of product.

As Practising Attorneys registered with the Law Society of South Africa we have an in-depth knowledge of all legislation pertaining to litigation, collections and recoveries. This is done within the framework of all applicable laws, specifically the National Credit Act.
Services are supplied at all levels using a holistic approach which dictates our results and the manner in which we execute each function.
Individually designed strategies are formulated to incorporate each of our client’s requirements, i.e. policies, procedures and even systems integrations.

Each strategy is discussed and agreed with the client prior to commencing our recovery activity. We appoint a dedicated experienced attorney as an Account Manager who is responsible for the relationship and workflow management, thus ensuring an effective collection process.
Our dedicated focus and portfolio MIS Reporting is provided, as required, to the client. Such information may be utilised for internal feedback when reviewing credit policies and procedures on the front-end of the credit life cycle.
